Renewing a 90's home a modern style
A contemporary design and thoughtful build brings this nineties home into the twenty first century.
The intent was to find the line between contemporary architecture and a clean, minimal space. The Marcus Beach home was originally built in the late 1990s so it had become very dated both inside and out. The client worked from home so there was a need to incorporate a space for this.
Project Highlights
- We added an extension to the existing front of the house which gave the owners the much needed space they needed. This completely transformed and modernised the front facade of the home.
- The front Cantilevered window. This feature window sets off the front façade giving a very contemporary look.
